So tuesday was the last day of my holiday, Col and I got out and basically spent the whole day building the loft. Took a lot longer than I thought it would, but most things do. The main problem was that the bricks were harder than we’d imagined,the masonry bits worked over time! We weight tested it, the best way we could with 200 kilos of weight (me on top screwing down the floor boards and Uncle Col hanging off it!

After the project was finished we moved on to cleaning out the birds nest from our roller door, we put plastic tub lids in the ends to stop birds getting in there again. We removed an entire garbage bag of dry grass and sticks!!
